If you are not 100% satisfied with our microgreen products you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your product. Contact us via email at sales@farmtotablemicrogreens.net. For us to assess your eligibility for a refund or product replacement, your email must include the reason for your dissatisfaction, images for support and proof of purchase. For fresh microgreens, we may replace your order at our discretion if we deem that the quality of the product you received does not meet our high standards
